I was initially attracted by the proximity of the hotel to the jetty, but my experience was disappointing. The room was small but well-designed, clean, and had the essentials for a short stay. However, it was infested with small cockroaches, the window lock was broken, the air conditioner wasn't working properly, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor. The service was lacking, with a rude front desk staff and maintenance issues like doors not closing properly. The location, right next to the Ferry Terminal, was convenient for travelers but did not make up for the other shortcomings. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited to a nearby shop not affiliated with the hotel. The facilities were subpar, and it was definitely not value for money.

On the plus side, they were stylish and had a business-like feel. The service lacked proper training and was unfriendly, but willing to provide necessary information. Unfortunately, dining was not included within the hotel, with options in a neighboring shop. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for my needs.

The rooms have a sleek business design, are small but clean and comfortable for short stays, although the smell is not pleasant. The service experience includes going up the staircase, receiving wrong information, and encountering rude front desk staff. The dining is average, found in the adjacent shop which is not associated with the hotel.
